I thought that is was interesting how he claims that emotion
plays so much into design. He said that design can and should be fun. Fear causes you to focus and happiness lets your mind wonder and
problem solve by thinking outside of the box
He also thinks the subconscious wants to be in control and a
designer should take that into consideration. I loved what Don Norman had to say not just about design but
also about life. He made me think about the real purpose of design and what
designers should really strive for.
